BROOKE ALPERT, M.S., R.D., C.D.N., the founder of B Nutritious, works with a variety of clients to meet their nutritional goals while keeping within their lifestyle. She's been featured in numerous magazines, websites and on television, including People Magazine, Glamour Magazine and The Tyra Banks Show. She is currently the corporate nutritionist for Tarte Cosmetics and a volunteer dietitian for The American Heart Association. Brooke received her Masters of Science at New York University and completed her training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in affiliation with NYU. A former equestrian and a tri-athlete, Brooke is also a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Women's Health and Reproductive Nutrition Group, among others.
