I am feeling sexy and confident! This is my self-esteem “it” wish!
The Challenge has been going great … I enjoy looking great and feeling good. I notice a big difference in my confidence because instead of wanting to cover up at the beach, I am now loving my body.
My fitting with Shay Todd went really well. She gave me a lot of great fashion tips on swimwear that I didn’t know. Specifically, she taught me how to use colors to make my body look great.

This week I am starting to feel really great. I am building up more confidence about myself and my progress.
I really love the fitness routine but depending on the day, my energy fluctuates. At times it is easier than at others.
What I really appreciate is all of my friends. They are supporting me and that makes taking the NIVEA Challenge much easier.
